Please note that any treatments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, will be
subject to 50% of the Treatment
fee for new clients, or a £25 set fee for Monthly Wellbeing Clients. A ‘no-show’ appointment on the day is
subject
to a
payment of 100% of the Treatment Fee for new clients, and the set fee of £25 for Monthly Wellbeing Clients.
I do try
to
be fair with my fees, and if I am able to fill the slot at short notice, then no fee is due.
Accessibility
There is two steps to get up into my treatment room, which is a very short walk from the client
parking. There are two more steps inside the room, to get up into the toilet.
Wellbeing Account Clients
There are many benefits to being a monthly client. We can book a regular slot and time for you
each month, or you can book on a monthly basis when you come – in this instance treatments are subject to
availability, and those booking a
regular time will always get priority booking. I will always endeavour to find times to suit you. If you are
not
able to
come one month but have still paid your monthly direct debit or standing order, you can book an extra
session in for
another time, or gift the treatment to a loved one as preferred.
Medical Conditions
We will complete a healthcare form together on your first visit to ensure massage is safe for
you. I am relying on
clients honesty here, so please do check through the ‘Contraindications and Cautions’ page on the
‘Therapies’ page,
to
ensure you do not have any of the medical conditions listed. For any concerns, do please contact me prior to
booking
a
session, to discuss in more detail, so we can ensure the safest treatment (or other recommendation) is
given.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash on the day, or directly into my Soul Space Ltd bank account the
day before your session as
preferred. Details will be provided if this is your chosen payment method. I do not have a card machine or
run a
payment
system – as a sole practitioner it is not cost effective for me to offer these.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and Vaping are not permitted either in the treatment room, or within Bulmer Farm.
Privacy of Information
The information a client provides to me during their consultation is kept safe and in the
greatest confidence. A GP or
other Medical Specialist would only be contacted for approval to treat with prior permission from the
client, and
only
if absolutely necessary.
Treatments for Under 18s’
Any child under 18 requesting treatment, will need signed permission from their parent/guardian/carer prior
to any
treatment taking place. Their healthcare form will also be completed with this adult, and the adult must
also
stay in
the treatment room during the whole session.
