Please note I also ensure that I myself, have regular massage treatments, in order to maintain and strengthen my own energies, and give myself some relaxation time, so that in turn, I can provide the very best possible treatment for my clients.
I am lucky enough to have three therapist friends (1 massage therapist, 1 aromatherapist and 1 reflexologist) that I do treatment swaps with, so that we can help each other to stay healthy, and ensure there is some crucial self-care time allocated each month. I also try to keep 1-2 days spare a month, to keep up with accounts work and healthcare reading, and to give me time to do research for clients if required.
