Holistic Aromatherapy Massage
Holistic Aromatherapy Massage is the holistic and therapeutic application of concentrated plant essences (essential oils) that have distinct physiological properties, that can improve the body’s natural functioning and support its healing process, therefore helping to prevent disease, fight infection, relieve stress, enhance health, and increase vitality and general wellbeing.
The oils can also be psychologically powerful, providing both calming or uplifting effects as desired. They relax the nervous system, thereby calming the mind, and can be applied in many different ways, including massage, lotions, creams, baths and inhalations.
Following treatment, you will feel relaxed and refreshed, and will be able to face life’s challenges with a renewed sense of balance and confidence. Aromatherapy restores a balanced flow to the body, softens the skin, eases muscle tension and leaves you with a feeling of total peace and wellbeing. A full healthcare consultation is taken, and beautiful pure base and essential oils are blended to suit your individual needs, and any remaining blend left from the treatment, is given to you for your own use at home.

- There is a £20 standard cancellation/no-show fee for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the booked time. This is very low compared to high street salons and clinics, who usually charge 50-100% of the treatment cost, but it is just a little to cover my preparation time and not being able to re-book the slot at short notice.
