Last month was a really tough one, and I didn’t get time to do a blog for the first time since starting them during lockdown in July 2020. This month sees a huge move for me…so this blog is just to bring clients and friends up-to-date with my plans looking ahead.
Keeping the business going, and privately renting for the last 20 years has been very difficult in Surrey – especially these last few years. Rising rental costs, more tenants looking for property (around 25-28 per property currently) and the increased deposit and income demands required, to view and take on properties, has meant it has now become unfeasible for me to continue to live and work in the south. Multiple house moves and high rents here, have cost me so very much both financially and personally.
